Please read these terms carefully before engaging WELL-X Transport Services for transportation or logistics services.
WELL-X Transport Services ("we", "us", "WELL-X") provides transportation and logistics services, including Full Truckload, Part Truckload, 3PL & warehousing and electric vehicle logistics, within India. These terms apply to every engagement made by phone, WhatsApp, email or our website.
Quotations are estimates based on the shipment details, route, weight/volume and service type provided at the time of enquiry. Final charges may vary if actual consignment details, pickup/delivery locations or scope differ from what was declared.
The consignor is responsible for providing accurate shipment details, packaging suitable for transport, and any documentation required by law for the goods being moved. WELL-X Transport Services is not liable for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the client.
WELL-X Transport Services carries statutory insurance and compliance coverage as required by law for its transport operations. Liability for loss or damage to goods in transit is limited as per the terms agreed at the time of engagement. Any claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by relevant documentation.
Delivery timelines quoted are estimates based on typical route and traffic conditions. WELL-X Transport Services is not liable for delays caused by weather, road conditions, regulatory checks, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, though we will proactively communicate any known delay.
Payment terms are agreed at the time of engagement. Outstanding invoices beyond the agreed credit period may attract a late payment charge and can affect continuity of service.
Service engagements cancelled before vehicle dispatch are not charged for that period. Cancellations after dispatch may be subject to charges as agreed in the service contract.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Howrah, West Bengal.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of engagement applies to that service contract.
